Description

Middle school was awesome!" Said no kid. Ever. We get it - it's awkward. Everything's changing and school gets harder just as the social stakes get higher. Parents remember the time well, but that doesn't make it any easier to help your kid on their journey. Middle school survival is all about two key skill sets: social-emotional and executive functioning. With a little help from these skills, kids can not just survive but thrive in middle school. Experts Dr. Carrie Poline and Dr. Jed Applerouth break these skills down for you, so you can use them to build your tween up for success.
