Keeping Resources Close at Hand: Applerouth’s Virtual Bookshelf
In this unusual year, with shifting school schedules and Zoom meetings, sharing good information is no longer as easy as grabbing a handout off an office shelf and handing it to a client. So we at Applerouth put together a virtual “bookshelf” to help you and your clients access resources as easily as pulling a book from a bookshelf. On the Applerouth Bookshelf, you will find:
- The popular ACT vs. SAT Comparison Guide, with Applerouth’s signature infographics, answers the quintessential question of how the two tests are similar and how they are different.
- The Junior Jumpstart Guide – updated for 2020 – now has sections devoted to test-optional admissions and test planning during COVID.
- Our nutshell infographics and quick facts help breakdown the PSAT, SAT and ACT as well selective high school admissions tests like SSAT, ISEE & SHSAT.
Not sure of how to advise your seniors on testing, want to learn more about our academic tutoring, or need guidance on requesting accommodations? We cover all of that in brochures on the shelf, too. Students can also register for a mock test via the Bookshelf and you can register for an upcoming webinar such as How to Supercharge Your Students’ Executive Function or The 4 Primary Ways to Save on College Costs.
In this video, IEC Account Manager Jenna Berk will show you how to log into your Applerouth account (if we have your email address, you have an account, you just need to set a password), so you can access the resources and encourage your students to do the same.
We invite your feedback on how you are using these online resources and would be interested to know what other resources you might be seeking in these unusual days. Please enter your responses here and be entered for a chance to win a $25 Starbucks gift card!
We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to the days ahead together, both virtually and in-person, supporting you and your students.
