Dr. Jed Applerouth, Founder & President of Applerouth Tutoring
Jed is a teacher and an educational innovator. An expert in learning and admissions testing, Jed gives presentations throughout the country on topics ranging from improving motivation and tackling test anxiety to helping students with learning differences. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, and went on to receive a Master’s in Counseling and Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
Dr. Carrie Poline, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr. Carrie Poline is a double-board certified practitioner in child & adolescent and adult psychiatry specializing in eating, anxiety, mood and child behavioral disorders. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and an adjunct faculty member of Emory University's Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Poline is recognized by her patients for her compassionate and individualized approach.

Ginger Fay, Applerouth Director and Former Duke Admissions Officer
Ginger Fay has worked in the field of college admissions and counseling for over 25 years, including stints in Undergraduate Admissions at Duke and Emory, College Counseling at Phillips Academy and Atlanta International School, and as Alumni Director at Sidwell Friends School. A "Double Dukie," Ginger was an Independent Educational Consultant for 13 years with offices in Washington, DC and Atlanta before joining Applerouth in 2019.
